If you use the Spotify Widgets, you will be deemed to have accepted the Widget Terms and entered into a legally binding contract with Spotify AB (“Spotify”, “we”, and sometimes “us”). However, if you reject the Widget Terms, you do not have any right to use the Spotify Widgets. You are not required to agree to the Widget Terms.
